Integrated Research announces the
appointment of new Chief Financial Officer

Sydney, March 25, 2008 - Integrated Research Limited (ASX:IRI), developers of PROGNOSIS performance monitoring software, today announced the appointment of Mr Peter Adams, who will join the company as Chief Financial Officer from March 31, 2008.

Peter was previously Chief Financial Officer for Infomedia Limited, an ASX-listed technology company. He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience and has held a number of senior accounting and finance roles, including six years with Renison Goldfields (ex ASX top 100 Resources Company) and two years with construction giant, Transfield. Peter’s career began with Arthur Andersen, where he was responsible for managing large audit clients.

“I am delighted to welcome Peter to the team,” said Mark Brayan, Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Research. “He is well qualified and experienced for this role, and I look forward to his contribution to Integrated Research’s continued growth and development over the years ahead.”

Peter will replace Stephen Rorie who left the company on November 30, 2007.
